Using this website relates to AITSL standards "6.3 Engage with colleagues and improve practice" and "7.4 Engage with professional teaching networks and broader communities" (AITSL, 2014, para 6-7). The TES Australia website allows you to share knowledge and resources with colleagues around the world. It also helps us to improve our practice and teaching strategies by comparing our own practices and strategies to others.
